God's Longsuffering - 2 (LG59)

        ‘Last Generation’

Rom 9:22-23 What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory,

    God endures longsuffering by withholding His wrath upon the wicked until those deserving mercies have repented. At the same time, He sees His sheep being deceived, persecuted, reviled, hated, excluded, by these so called godly Christian leaders (wolves and dogs).

Mat 13:27-29 So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them.’

Jude 1:4 For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.

    These agents of the Devil are in His churches, and they are destroying the faith of His sheep by their heresies and distorted truth.

2 Tim 4:3-4 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

    Surprisingly, Christians today love heresies for they are music to their ears. Brethren, do you know that this is hurting God because these brethren are headed towards Hades?

Jer 23:14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.

    God expects His servants (pastors and prophets) to guard us against these heresies but unfortunately, these servants too have fallen just like those false prophets of old.

2 Pet 2:9-10 then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment, and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries.

    Your true repentance will please our Father in heaven, Who is the Almighty God and this will be your salvation from eternal damnation.
